3. Our stretch of The River Road has parklike grounds and is only 1/3  mile to the         Tibbetts Point Lighthouse.  Smooth, flat river rock begins a few feet from                      shore.  (Bring water shoes, though.)

5.  48-hour boat tie-up is available at no cost at the village dock and the DEC.

     (There is a public launch ramp in the village.)
